TriazPhNIT = 4-(1'-(1,2,4-Triazolyl))phenyl-tert-butylnitroxide

This molecule was synthesized by Lora Field as a coordination complex between a stable radical and nickel(II).  The radical portion has three coordination sites, so a number of possible connectivities are possible here.  This structure is the only one that was isolated under a variety of conditions.
