FACULTY POSITIONS IN ANALYTICAL AND PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY


Applications are invited for up to 2 tenure track faculty positions, to begin in September 2008 or thereafter. The searches are targeted at the Assistant Professor level, but outstanding applicants of other ranks will be considered.

We are seeking applicants in multidisciplinary research areas that include, but are not limited to, nano/microscale chemical analysis and material characterization techniques and optoelectronic and imaging-based sensor technologies. Research in the areas of micro/nanofluidics, photonic-based sensors, physical-chemical studies of nanoparticle assemblies, thin-films, and surfaces, and tissue imaging are of particular interest.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
